Wall & Truss Design

The Truline design team meticulously crafts our building components by producing detailed working drawings that originate from blueprints. This entails involving themselves in the detailing of engineered floors, walls and trusses, and creating design illustrations that align with our vision for each project.

Production

Our production team manages the daily operations of our Truss plant. We highly prefer applicants with carpentry or framing experience, but we are more than happy to train the right individuals who have the passion for the role.

Yard Operation

Our yard team has the critical job of ensuring the secure loading and unloading of construction materials for shipment, preparing products with efficient crating and packaging procedures, maintaining a clean, well-organized workspace, and safely operating powered lifting equipment.

Sales & Marketing

Our Sales and Marketing team is committed to driving revenue growth in the residential and commercial building industry. Our strategy is to forge long-term partnerships with builders, homeowner builders, and industry professionals to achieve this goal.

Maintenance

We rely on our Maintenance Technicians to perform highly diversified duties. They install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to established safety, predictive and production maintenance systems and processes. If you are a jack of all trades, joining our team might be just the thing for you.

Administration

This role involves handling general office management, answering phones and responding to client queries. It also entails carrying out assignments assigned by the employer, clerical tasks such as record maintenance and data entry, and a host of other responsibilities.

Delivery Driver

Our products are delivered securely to the Kootenay, Columbia and Elk Valley regions in southern BC by our certified class 1 drivers. They transport the loads with precision gooseneck roll-off trailers towed by powerful Dodge Ram One Ton trucks.
